Reserve the Evangelism Ministry Trailer

The North Central Missions Center has an Evangelism Ministry Trailer that can be reserved by our associational churches. To reserve -  contact Janice at 770-345-1555 or  janice@northcentralga.org
 
The trailer contains the following equipment:
 
13’ x 13’ inflatable Bounce House
24’ Inflatable Slide
30' Inflatable Obstacle Course
10’ x 10’ tent shelter
5 - 6’ long tables
2 - Portable Generators
Sno-cone machine
Popcorn Machine
 
The Evangelism Ministry Trailer is available to be used by associational churches that meet the Financial Contributions Eligibility Requirements as stated in the USAGE POLICY FOR RESOURCES, NORTH CENTRAL MISSIONS CENTER.
 
1. A church may schedule the use of the EMT a maximum of four (4) times during a calendar year. (For exceptions to this rule, see (3) below).
2. The EMT may be scheduled no more than six (6) months in advance of date of use, (i.e. for a July 4 use date, the church can call no earlier than on January 4, etc.). If more than one church calls on January 4 to request a July 4 use, at the end of the work day (4:30 PM) the names of those churches that have called during that day will be put in a box and one name will be randomly drawn out to select the church that will have use of the equipment.
3. The exception to points (1) and (2) is when no one has reserved the EMT for a date 30 days or less in advance, a church may then reserve it for that event which shall not be counted against the maximum of 4 times per year.
The reason for the above policy is to allow all our churches the opportunity to schedule the EMT for events during the year with advance planning of up to 6 months. If no church has requested the EMT within 30 days of a date, it should then be available on a first come-first served basis to any church that requests it.
Some of our churches have schools affiliated with them and on occasions those schools request use of the EMT. The policy for usage under these conditions is as follows: 
1.      Usage of the EMT for the church school be scheduled by the church.
2.      Usage of the EMT by the church school counts against the four uses for the church.
